Hardina is one of the founding partners in Law Offices Amir Syamsuddin and Partners. Previously, when she was a student at the Christian University of Indonesia, she worked for Nani Razak Law Office.

The area of family law which she concentrated in the previous office is now broadened to other various areas. In the Law Offices Amir Syamsuddin and Partners, she also handles the cases of banking, land and property litigation.
