Highlights of them are the closing of Indonesia’s prominent political magazine “Tempo” (1994), the case of an illegal land exchange which involved former National Logistics Agency (Bulog) chief Beddu Amang, enterpreneur Ricardo Gelael and Tommy Soeharto (2001) and the curroption case which involved the country’s house speaker, who is also the chairman of the Golkar party -the country's second largest political party (2002-2003).
